corruption indeed is a major problem in Nigeria, but to curb this i guess the nigeria government should assist more in the development of Entreprenuership, through our higher institutions.
am a student of the Obafemi awolowo university and i know how much the youths have passion for different development in businesses and technology,according to my project which was based on "students perception on Entreprenuership development in higher institutions", the youths are scared of facing the real world without a fraudulent means of achieving their aims and a better future, students with Entreprenuership passion has the limitations of financial constrains and other hinderances.
my suggest is while the government sit back and let some reality show make money out of nigerians, the government could boost more funds into research and development in our higher institutions.
we youths have the passion to be productive, but we believe our government are not ready with trial and errors. for me i am engage in candle production, have a campus T.v program within ife to educate and entertain the youths on issues such as Entreprenuership, and also with the intention of creating an NGO, which will be by a group of students and advices from professionals.
if our government can support Entreprenuership development at the higher institution level nigeria will experience a positive change before the year 2030.

Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime. Nigeria does not need sympathy or aids from the developed world. We need a level playing ground. An opportunity to show that not all Nigerians are fraudster, scammers and blacksheep as we have been painted globally.
@Wilfred
You said it all. I quite agree with your point. Most of the funds been sent as FINANCIAL AIDS gets misappropriated or end up in individual pockets. Sincere transfer of technology is a better way to help.

Amen to that I say. Truth be told, no country on earth has ever developed using aid, which is just a one-sided business anyway.
