		<description>Nice piece. Quantifying happiness seems to be the problem and then there is the issue of relative experience. Someone raised in Switzerland may feel miserable having to live in Sierra Leone yet someone in Sierra Leone may already be very happy as they little experience of anything better.

Most of the surveys I have read seem to suggest once you reach a certain standard of living its your personal relationships with family and friends that determine your happiness rather than money and where you live.</description>
