The Wall Street Journal makes a similar point in a recent article on the Zim elections, pointing out that many of Zim's neighbors are thriving, and that Botswana is leading the pack: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB120712837197683071.html?mod=googlenews_wsj It's always harder to get attention for the good stories than for the bad. And Botswana is now so stable that its continued stability is hard to portray as news. But it is, and it's great news for that country and for the region. That’s a great point, Kaushal.
