		<description>Excellent, thanks for sharing. I suppose, when you think abut it, it is *sort of* obvious that by removing human interraction you remove the opportunity for money to be &quot;invited&quot; - but reducing corruption was not on my mental list of the benefits of e-government.</description>

		<description>As a student of Information Technology and Public Administration,I feel the Jennifer Bussell has caught the roots of theproblemof low level of egovernance in India.Being from Chhattisgarh i an just add the one of reason of faster pace of egovernance is the need to catch up faster with other developed states.But this doesnt means that corruption id decresing , manipulation has became more as through technology as not many people understand naunces of IT.</description>
