Going offline
Hi everyone. I’m heading offline for a few weeks to recover from retinal surgery. The surgery is the same one I had last year – detailed in this blog post – and while it’s got a very high likelihood of success, recovery is pretty long and unpleasant. I don’t plan on blogging, twittering or otherwise communicating online for at least the month of August, possibly longer, though it’s possible that Rachel or other friends might post some updates here or on Twitter (@ethanz). Have a great month, and looking forward to seeing everyone in September.

good luck with those eyes! i will try to help find some info on smoothing out your Talking Mac Experience. i have been lurking for some time via RSS, loading up your site from time to time and very much enjoy your blog. it brings more than a bit of Africa-consciousness to my existence here in NYC. thank you.
