		<description>Thank you so much for posting this!  I was not aware of her work and I think it speaks to some of my dissertation research.   I wonder if Julies Cohen has some publications on that subject.  Will go look that up.  I am now working on a paper, based on analysis of documents and speeches I collected last spring, that provides support to her claim about the current state of affairs.</description>
